Responsibility
At PMT, sustainability is not a declaration — it is part of how we engineer, produce, and lead. We take our Environmental, Social, and Governance commitments seriously as a long-term strategy.
Our commitment
PMT OÜ operates under internationally recognised frameworks — including the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, ILO Eight Core Conventions, and the Social Accountability 8000 Standard. Our ESG approach is embedded in daily operations and governed at the board level.
We pursue sustainable manufacturing practices and are working toward carbon neutrality through investments in renewable energy. Our production processes prioritise responsible resource management of metals and water.
Our people are our foundation. We invest in safe, inclusive, and respectful workplaces — and extend those standards to our suppliers through ethical procurement policies.
Transparency and accountability guide our leadership. ESG matters are reported openly, risks are continuously assessed, and our board actively promotes diversity of thought and background.
Quality & standards
Quality is not an afterthought — it is built into every process, every weld, and every shipment that leaves our facilities. Our certifications reflect our commitment to consistent, traceable manufacturing.
All welding procedures are developed under the supervision of an internationally certified IWE (International Welding Engineer), and every welder on our floor holds individual certification.
Quality management system — covers all production processes from order intake to delivery
