Full technological cycle under one roof. Laser, gas, and plasma cutting — CNC bending up to 800 tonnes — MIG/MAG welding with OTC robotic units — CNC turning and milling — surface treatment.
Complex structural assembly by experienced specialists. Motors, bearings, shafts, hydraulic systems, and automation — fully assembled and tested before delivery to your facility.
Technology
All operations from raw sheet metal to a finished, painted, assembled product are performed in our own facilities — giving us full control over quality, lead times, and cost.
Two factories in Estonia — Paide (100 km from Tallinn port/airport) and Tallinn (10 km from port/airport) — allow us to optimise logistics for international shipments to Scandinavia, Central Europe including Germany and also United Kingdom.
